Welcome to The Spencer Lawn Tennis Club

Spencer Lawn Tennis Club is part of The Spencer Club, founded in 1872 and now a thriving sports club that includes hockey, cricket, squash and lacrosse. We are a not-for-profit organisation, controlled and run by the members and we employ coaches and staff to run day-to-day activities.

The ever bustling clubhouse is shared between all members and includes a well-stocked bar and kitchen, changing facilities, meeting rooms, outside and indoor seating areas.  We have five, recently resurfaced, all-weather floodlit courts which we play on all year round until 10pm.   We are also blessed with five beautiful grass courts which are playable from May until September.

We are an all-inclusive, friendly club with members’ abilities ranging from social players to those of a high standard who regularly successfully participate in LTA Surrey League matches. Our policy is to encourage all-comers and new members will be welcomed and added to the mix.

2013-14 membership prices and an application form can be found here. Our membership year starts from the 1st of May.
